Nifty_23Nov2017_Technical chartNifty Forecast/Outlook for 24th Nov 2017:

Today nifty  forms a Doji pattern which means opening and closing price are almost same and there was intraday dip which was bought into. So there is three days of indecisiveness chart pattern which requires follow through confirmation to signal the trend.

Notable action of the day, Nifty today also faced resistance near 10,360 levels and closed below the opening price of the day which again indicates bullish sentiment is getting challenged.

Nifty needed to cross 10,380 on closing basis to resume new uptrend and any closing below 10,300 levels will open up down side target. Wait for these levels to initiate trades.

In the derivative segment once again for the third day in the open interest decreasing which shows rally are used to exit the long positions. Today FII’s have bought 143 crores in index futures. Option data suggests 10,300 put and 10,400 calls are active.

Bank nifty is not support the market currently as it is losing strength. We are waiting in the sidelines to initiate trades until clear trend in visible.

If there are any long positions traders can hold it with the stop around 10,300 levels and for the short positions 10,380 on closing basis can be the stop.
